L’articolo analizza le forme emergenti di mobilità condivisa collaborativa, distinguendole dai tradizionali modelli di sharing basati esclusivamente sul mercato. Attraverso l’esame di esperienze innovative, gli autori mostrano come la partecipazione attiva delle comunità locali nella progettazione, gestione e utilizzo dei servizi possa generare modelli ibridi più adattabili ai bisogni territoriali, soprattutto nei contesti a domanda debole o con limitate alternative di trasporto. La mobilità condivisa viene interpretata come infrastruttura sociale oltre che come servizio di trasporto, capace di rafforzare coesione, inclusione e accessibilità. Il contributo evidenzia il ruolo della cooperazione tra cittadini, amministrazioni e operatori privati nella costruzione di soluzioni sostenibili e orientate all’equità, valorizzando forme di governance collaborativa e processi di co-progettazione. Queste esperienze suggeriscono nuove prospettive per integrare mobilità sostenibile, innovazione sociale e sviluppo locale, ampliando il significato stesso delle pratiche di sharing mobility.
